The training of our site personnel is second to none.

Our experienced design team work collectively with owners, general contractors, architects, consulting engineers and our integrated supply chain from a project’s inception through to the completion. During construction, our selected team works together with our client’s team for success controlling quality, costs and time while maintaining the original intent of the project.

We use BIM modelling in the preparation of complex tenders where we seek to save time for the project through modularisation and prefabrication of plant rooms and risers.

Precise coordination is the hallmark of our design and build capabilities, made possible by advanced design technology, integrated fabrication expertise and dedicated professionals consistently putting installation techniques and system components together at the right time in the right place, keeping the project on schedule.

Prefabrication

Our multiservice prefabricated modules are certified by structural and seismic engineers and allow for multiservice supports and earthquake bracing.

Our “Revit all the way” approach to documentation ensures that we have fabrication ready models that are becoming increasingly integrated with our supply chain, fellow contractors and designers.
